Our instant keto porridge mix isn't just fantastic because it makes a delicious alternative to traditional breakfast porridge. No! As with oats, the versatility is still present and there's other tasty ways to create meals and snacks suitable for a keto or low carb lifestyle. So, if a hot porridge isn't an ideal breakfast in the summer time, then you've really got to try these overnight n'oats. These delightful little pots are perfect for those looking for a healthy keto breakfast option and don't have the time to keep meal prepping. Be careful though, they are extremely moreish!

MAKING THESE TASTY OVERNIGHT N'OAT POTS IN 3 EASY STEPS...

Step 1.

Add a couple of heaped table spoons of our keto porridge mix to a glass, pot or jar. Then, add 100ml of your favourite milk (we recommend nut milk) and give it a good stir.

Step 2.

Put the pot in the fridge for at least an hour. This will allow the milk to be fully absorbed by the mix and it will provide a firmer texture. If you end up putting a little too much milk in, just leave it for a little longer.

Finally, it's just a case of adding your desired toppings. We recommend adding a dollop of full fat Greek yogurt and a few frozen berries or crushed nuts.
