Keto porridge is usually referred to as noatmeal, as in 'no oat meal'. It’s an alternative to porridge popularised by keto dieters trying to decrease the high carbohydrate content that oats contain by substituting the oats for other low carb foods and ingredients - the creativity involved on a keto diet can be awesome! The Brave Ape Co. has formulated a delicious noatmeal recipe to perfection that gives you the comforting taste and texture of porridge but is low in carbs, high in protein and high in healthy fats.
We use ingredients that are suitable for any keto diet plan. In fact, our ethically sourced and natural ingredients are suitable for many types of diets. The calories per portion are surprisingly low considering they pack so much nutrients. Also being highly flexible you can incorporate our keto breakfast into any diet programme with it’s high protein and low carbohydrate content. With no preparation, it’s perfect for those on the go. The ingredients are flavour dependant but you can expect to see super foods like Chia seeds, Ground Golden Flax Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Coconut Flour, Desiccated Coconut, Whole Freeze Dried Blueberries, Dried Apple Cubes, Ground Cinnamon, Raw Organic Cacao Powder, Peanut Flour, Erythritol and Steviol Glycosides.
It’s just like making porridge! Add 2 tablespoons to your bowl. We recommend adding your favourite type of milk to the mix, warming up either in the microwave or the hob for 60 seconds and stirring well until it reaches the desired consistency. Alternatively, you can just add hot water and stir well! Before you tuck in, please make sure you have let it cool down a little and serve at a safe temperature.
Our keto porridge is suitable for all. The ingredients we use naturally, do not contain gluten, wheat, dairy or any animal product, so it is perfectly suitable for those following very specific diets. It also doesn’t cause a big spike in blood sugar so it’s very suitable for those following a low carb, low sugar diet. However, as with any diet, please consult your doctor before hand. Also, please note that the product is made in a factory that handles nuts, peanuts, soya, dairy, eggs and dried fruit containing sulphates.
National Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of ordering and therefore will generally be received within 5 working days of ordering. Only standard delivery is available at a flat rate of £2.99 although we run offers with free delivery on orders over a certain price.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unless the goods are spoiled they are only eligible for return if the seal remains intact. To return your product, please contact us and we will send you our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
