Do you miss and want that amazing feeling of devouring some chip with your dinners? What's even better is that it's low in carbs!  Celeriac chips is your answer.

Potato chips or French fries are great, no doubt, but they are not without its high content of carbs. Celeriac chips offer you an alternative if you are on keto. Celeriac chips can be your go to when you crave traditional potato chips.

Let's see why celeriac chips are special...

Celeriac chips are made from celeriac, also known by some as celery root. The celery roots have a different taste from boiled celery vegetables. They offer something tastier, still with that peppery hint like regularly celery but not quite as powerful. When mixed with your favourite herbs and spices like rosemary or paprika, you have the world at your feet - or should we say on your plate.
In terms of nutritional value, it contains about only 9g of carbs per serving. Celeriac is a root vegetable but it's much less starchy than potato and has a significantly reduced amount of carbs. It contains a lot of vitamins that are important for metabolism.

So you're getting more than just great taste. You also have a healthy dose of chips. The process of making celeriac chips is quite easy and simple but as with any new thing, there's a kind of art to it.
